Managing Hybrid Remote/In-Office Teams
Early last spring, you left the office to start working from home. It wasn’t conceivable back then – this may be the last time all your staff would be together under one roof. To make matters worse, now you’re really choked about that over-priced lease.
For this session, we’ve assembled a mix of innovative operations to address two aspects of managing teams that will be in the office and remote. First, we’ll look at what it now takes to effectively manage teams who aren’t physically together – particularly as it relates to maintaining productivity, morale and culture.
Second, the group will share their plans for office re-entry, including how their spaces have changed to function in completely new ways.
