Jean Pelland

Jean specializes in the development of strategic architectural solutions. He is currently managing several projects pertaining to the repositioning of various modern heritage buildings in Montreal’s business district.

His team contributed to Ivanhoé Cambridge’s near-billion dollar investment plan, Project Nouveau Centre, which aims to revive four major real-estate properties along McGill College Avenue. Based on their recommendations, his team was chosen to carry out several of the plan’s key renovation projects. These include the repositioning of the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel and Espace C2, and a series of renovations at Place Ville Marie, including the complete overhaul of its Esplanade.

Meanwhile, Jean is also collaborating with major developers, such as Montoni, First Capital Realty and Kevlar, on finding and developing new ways to build cities, and enhance their scene and culture.
