Krystle Watler

Krystle Watler is the Managing Director, Americas (Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Toronto) for Virtue, the full-service creative agency born from VICE. Krystle is responsible for the regional P&L and leads teams across business development, account management, strategy, creative, project management, production, human resources, finance, and operations.

Prior to this, Krystle was Managing Director, North America, and prior to that role, she ran Business Development for North America. She’s also held prior business development roles at Arnold, New York and kirshenbaum bond senecal (KBS). Before transitioning to marketing and advertising 13 years ago, Krystle spent nearly four years in corporate banking in New York at Citigroup and in London at Goldman Sachs.

Krystle is a proud alumna of Spelman College and member of the 2020 Adweek 50 List of top media, marketing, and technology leaders, Ad Age’s 2019 class of Women to Watch in the U.S., and 2019 nominee of AdColor’s Rock Star Award.
