As Managing Director at MediaLink, Donna Sharp brings over a decade of media and digital strategy experience spanning senior agency leadership for clients such as Walmart, Visa, P&G, Mars Wrigley and General Electric.
At MediaLink, Sharp applies her global digital expertise by helping marketers and emerging media companies assess, plan for, and implement the solutions needed to drive their business in a rapidly changing and globally connected marketplace. She redesigns the marketing organizations and agency ecosystem for major global brands, builds in-house agencies and leads change management in mass personalization, growth marketing and the shift to digital commerce.
Prior to joining MediaLInk, Donna was SVP at Starcom MediaVest Group where she managed Visa’s global investments and activation strategy and prior to that was the Digital & Innovation lead for Walmart US. During her 10+ year tenure at Publicis Media (formerly Starcom MediaVest Group) she managed media investments and strategic planning in China and regionally in APAC from 2012-2015. On behalf of clients, Sharp has focused on building strategic partnerships that often break the mold, spanning new content creation, measurement approaches, data access and use of new technology. This work yielded numerous industry awards for marketing campaigns and earned her a partnership lead role at the agency.
Donna’s professional career began at Starcom’s digital department in Chicago (formerly StarcomIP). She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and now lives in New York City.
