What is the live web broadcast?

Bring the conference to your agency. Watch 22 sessions live over the web. If you purchase both days, you will also receive access to all of the live broadcast session recordings through May 25th.

What will I be able to see?

You’ll see both the video of the speakers and their presentation materials simultaneously, all broadcast over the web straight to your conference room or desk.

How do I get access to recordings and handouts?

As a special bonus, if you purchase Live Broadcast for both days, recordings and handouts will be available for viewing until May 25th. Note: We expect to have recordings available for most, if not all of the sessions, however special speaker permissions and technical restraints may mean that not all recordings will be available.

We’re on the West coast; do I have to wake up early?

Same as above, anyone who purchases Live Broadcast for both days will have access to recordings for sessions until May 25th. As you come into the office, join the conference live. Then later in the day, view recordings of any sessions that you missed.

Which sessions do I get to see?

Under SPEAKER AGENDA on this page, you’ll see all the sessions you’ll be able to view (22 of the conference sessions).

What if we have people at different office locations that want to participate?

Each registration receives one login per session. If you would like to have people login from multiple locations, you can purchase additional logins ($180 for 5 additional logins). Additional logins are added during the registration process.

What equipment do I need to view the Broadcast?

All you need is a computer, Internet access and any browser. Powered computer speakers or headphones are also recommended. Set up a conference room and project it for an entire group to see, or watch it at your desk. Given that two sessions will sometimes broadcast at the same time, you may want to set up two viewing locations.

Can I interact with the speakers?

You can interact with speakers via the chat window in our web broadcast interface. You’ll be able to submit questions to each speaker you view. Like any conference session, however, we can’t guarantee there will be enough time to get to all audience questions.

What if I have to miss a session?

As mentioned above, if you purchase Live Broadcast for both days, recordings will be available for viewing until May 25th. If some of the sessions are too early in your time zone, or if you have to miss a session for another reason, those that purchase both days will be able to view the sessions until May 25th. Note: We expect to have recordings available for most, if not all of the sessions, however special speaker permissions and technical restraints may mean that not all recordings will be available.

Is there somewhere I can take notes for each session?

Several days before the event, you’ll also receive a Conference Program, identical to what the attendees in New York will have. The program will include all the latest information on the event and an area to capture your notes and action items.
