Jennifer Dela Rosa

Jen Dela Rosa is Head of Design & Environment for Crossmedia US (New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles). Jen has always believed that the office is more than a desk and passionately works to create spaces that inspire & instill value and belonging.

Jen’s 25+ year advertising career spans both the corporate and entrepreneurial. Previously she led media planning & buying teams at Ogilvy & Mather, DDB and OMD. At Crossmedia, her roles have evolved from client management to operations to internal communications to Chief of Staff. In her current capacity, she leads all aspects of environment including the safe reopening and designing of Crossmedia’s post-Covid office existence.

Jen holds degrees from American University, New York University and Parsons School of Design. She resides in the lower Hudson Valley with her husband and two children.
