Anthony Stancil

Anthony is the Managing Director, Head of Talent at Crossmedia. A 20+ year advertising veteran, his first media job was at Bates USA back in the Chrysler Building days. Anthony would hone his talents at companies such as MVBMS, Dentsu USA, Universal McCann and Starcom Mediavest before joining Crossmedia in 2011.

At Crossmedia, Anthony led media teams across multiple categories before eventually transitioning to lead the Talent Management/HR function. Under his stewardship, the agency has quadrupled in size and is a two-time winner of AdAge’s Best Places to Work (2020, 2021).

Anthony is an avid runner and 3x marathoner. A Syracuse Newhouse graduate, he resides in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
