New Strategic Consulting Models: The Next Level of Client Partnership

Barry has assembled some of the sharpest executives in the agency business to launch an innovative new consulting practice, Proto. Six of the seven founding team members all hail from R/GA.

Focusing on entire client C-Suite teams, they provide services focused in four areas: Commercial Strategy, Product & Service Prototyping & Implementation, Brand Strategy, and Customer Experience Planning.

At their core, they believe that innovation is only of value if a client actually launches something. To that end, much of their early time has been spent developing proprietary processes and tools that enable commercial action. This has meant completely breaking agency and consulting models of the past. In fact, within their first few weeks, they’ve already landed clients in Retail and Healthcare.

Barry will outline their new model, with key lessons that apply directly back to agencies.
